Work Time | For employees with fixed work schedules: Where the weekly working hours are fixed, the daily working time shall not exceed 10 hours, with a total not exceeding 48 hours per week. If the daily working hours are fixed, then the daily work shall not exceed 8 hours, cumulating to no more than 48 hours weekly. |
Probation | The probationary period for positions requiring advanced or higher professional and technical skills shall not exceed 60 days, for roles with generally required technical and professional competencies it shall not exceed 30 days, and for all other types of jobs, it shall not exceed 6 days. During the probationary period, the salary shall not be less than 70% of the regular wage post-probation (with practical implementation often at 85%). Within the probationary period, both parties may amend and supplement the terms of the contract. Employees engaged under fixed-term labor contracts of less than one month are not subject to a probationary period. |

(3) Periodic Contract (also known as a "Seasonal Contract"): Lasts for less than 12 months.
